An electrician answers the phone
The person who picks up is somebody who does the work. They will talk the problem over with you and give a straight view on whether it needs sorting today or can wait until next week.
The price is agreed in writing first
Quotes are put in writing and agreed before we begin. If the work turns out larger once things are opened up, we pause and check with you before doing anything more.
We will tell you when to do nothing
Plenty of boards we look at have years left in them. If yours does, we will say so, even though there is no invoice in that answer.
We tidy up after ourselves
Sheets down, mess cleared up after, and on larger jobs such as rewires the making good is priced into the quote instead of being left to you.
You get the certificate on the day
Notifiable work is tested, registered and documented on the day, so you are never left chasing us for the certificate an insurer or solicitor asks for.
The same number still reaches us in five years

Homes
Full and partial rewires in older properties, fuse board upgrades where the old board has no RCD protection, extra sockets and lighting, EV chargers on the driveway, and the small jobs worth saving up for one visit. Everything is tested and certified, and notifiable work is registered by us so building control is never left to you.
Landlords & Agents
EICRs on the five year cycle set by the Renting Homes (Wales) Act, remedials cleared and reported, interlinked alarms fitted to the right standard, and the certificates agents and licensing officers require. We keep track of renewal dates so nothing slips between tenancies, whether you have a single let or a portfolio across the city.
Business & Industrial
Fixed wire testing and commercial EICRs, fault finding, maintenance, emergency lighting and fire alarm work, shop and office fit outs, plus three phase and machine supplies on the industrial units around Ocean Park, Leckwith and Rumney. Work is planned around your trading hours, evenings and weekends included, so a test does not cost you a day of trading.
